Terms of Service
Effective date: March 30, 2026
These Terms describe how Sarthey works and set the rules for using the product. By creating an account or using Sarthey, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Sarthey provides
Sarthey is a Timing Intelligence System. It produces timing signals, confidence markers, and action cards to support reflection and planning.
Sarthey provides timing information for personal reference. For medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters, consult a qualified professional. You decide how to use any output.
2. Eligibility
To use Sarthey, you need to be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are between 16 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.
By using Sarthey, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Account access includes step-up verification (OTP) when risk signals are detected. If you believe your account is compromised, contact support@sarthey.com immediately.
4. Plans, billing, and trials
Sarthey offers an Explorer tier, a 7-day Planner trial for new accounts, and paid Planner and Navigator plans. Plan details and pricing are shown on the Pricing page and within the product.
- Payment: Paid plans are billed through secure web checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate shown at checkout.
- Launch offers: Sarthey may run limited-time beta launch offers that delay the first paid billing date. When active, the pricing page and secure checkout are the source of truth for the offer window, first-charge timing, and the standard rate that starts after the free period.
- Trial: If offered, trials provide temporary access to the plan stated at signup or checkout. When a trial ends, access returns to Explorer unless you upgrade.
- Cancellation: You may turn off auto-renew at any time via Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charge is scheduled after that date. Where supported, you may also restart auto-renew from Settings or complete a new secure checkout to resume billing.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of a charge. See our Refund Policy for eligibility, pro-rata calculations, and how to request.
- Price changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
- Use Sarthey to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
- Access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from Sarthey.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
- Use Sarthey for any activity that violates applicable law.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding of Sarthey are owned by the entity operating Sarthey or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the service, you grant Sarthey a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Sarthey is provided as-is. We work to keep the service reliable and secure. Service availability may vary.
Timing signals are informational and observational. Always use your own judgment for important decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the entity operating Sarthey, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the service.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal data.
- Any interruption or cessation of the service.
- Any action taken based on timing signals or outputs.
Sarthey provides timing information for personal reference. All decisions based on this information are yours. Sarthey is a timing reference, not a substitute for professional guidance. For professional matters, always seek qualified advice.
Some jurisdictions limit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sarthey against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time through Settings. Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, except where prohibited by law or where doing so would compromise security.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 6 through 15 survive termination.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Dispute resolution
Informal resolution first: Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@sarthey.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. If mandatory law where you reside provides additional protections, those protections continue to apply.
Jurisdiction: Where applicable law allows, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will proceed in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India. Nothing in this section removes any non-waivable consumer rights or statutory remedies available to you.
Indian users: For users in India, mandatory rights and remedies under applicable Indian law continue to apply.
EU/EEA users: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.
13. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
14. General provisions
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sarthey regarding your use of the service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Sarthey after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
